M-AAA Facility Rental
Host an event in our space
Located in the heart of the bustling Crossroads Arts District in downtown Kansas City, M-AAA offers a fresh, multifunctional venue that is available for business meetings, luncheons, receptions, performances, lectures, and other private events.
Inspired by mid-century modern design, M-AAA’s headquarters was renovated in 2013 to include a fully furnished conference room, the Culture Lab gallery space, and a versatile convening space filled with natural light. Our parking lot provides an impressive view of the Kansas City skyline and is a one-of-a-kind location for outdoor parties and concerts.
Each year, M-AAA draws thousands of visitors to its building and parking lot for performances and art exhibitions during First Fridays. Now, Kansas City-area residents, businesses, and visitors can take advantage of our unique facility, coveted downtown location, and affordable rental fees.
