Join us for Future Pathways, M-AAA’s virtual workshop series focused on delivering essential skills to nonprofit managers and arts leaders.
In this interactive workshop, Alice Berry, artist and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), will discuss methods of managing organizational sustainability and burnout.
Stress is an unavoidable part of leadership, but when left unaddressed, it can hinder decision-making, creativity, and overall well-being. Berry will explore the profound relationship between stress and leadership performance, equipping participants with the knowledge and tools to recognize, manage, and reduce stress effectively.
Who is this for? Artists, arts leaders, creative business leaders, arts and cultural organizations, museums, galleries, and educators. Individuals, nonprofit organizations, fiscally sponsored organizations, and federally recognized tribes regionally and nationally, can all register for this free virtual event.
When is it happening? This session is held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Central Time on April 10, 2025, on Zoom.
