In 2023, the US experienced its fourth consecutive year with “18 or more billion-dollar disasters,” according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Centers for Environmental Information. - FEMA: FEMA has expanded its focus on arts and culture.
