For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Mid-America Arts Alliance include maaa.org and M-AAA. The M-AAA website is an ecommerce and information site. By using the M-AAA website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection Of Your Personal Information
There are various locations on M-AAA websites where you may submit registration information. In order to complete your online transactions, we usually must collect information from you, including your name, email address, your postal address, or other pieces of personal information.
If you pay for M-AAA services or make a donation, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

This information is used to monitor traffic and improve this site.

Email is not necessarily secure or confidential. Send only the information that is necessary for us to answer your question or process your request.
Links to Other Sites and Embedded Content
M-AAA’s website may include links to other sites or embedded content, such as our videos, which are hosted by Vimeo and YouTube. Once you leave our servers, M-AAA does not control the privacy policies of destination sites. M-AAA is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the M-AAA website.

From time to time we may screen our database against recognized data hygiene file such as the National Change of Address file and cleanse our file or correct inaccurate data. We may also update inaccurate data if the information is available.

Stripe is an independent, third-party payment services provider that allows M-AAA to accept credit and debit cards or other payments
